Birth Rate hits all time low

The other factor contributing to the low birth rate is the number of singles out there. Alot of highly-educated females and low-educated males remains unmarried. But there has been a boom in the matchmaking business and the foreign bride agencies. So I don't know, perhaps that would help alleviate the problem somewhat.

Ok, now the case is....
Singaporeans dun want children (not ready, don't like, no money etc).
Govt has lotsa money.
But.... the Govt claims that the country needs more babies.
Then how?
Ok. What the govt can do is....
use their money...
and "import" some orphans from Acheh, Carolina or whichever place affected by Katrina or Tsunami. There are plenty of young orphans. In poor places like Aceh, the destructions and the orphans are too much for the country to take. So our Govt can use their (overloaded) money to "buy" the children over. And then again use their (overloaded) money to build orphanages and schools to house them.
Voila! We have children now! And at the same time, dun need to trouble us to give birth or bring up the children! Yayyy -

Who knows? Maybe the ministers have to double up as their nannies after office hours, if shorthanded at the orphanages and schools. Good ah! All the more they know our pain. -

Why do we need to grow them. there is already alot of grown up out there who want to be singaporean. That's why lor. "Importing" orphan babies from Aceh and Thailand will be the best solution. They grow up here.
