However, looking at the topics being highlighted inside, you'll notice that the rules have all been flouted!
"These minimum standards are:
It should be well written.
It should not be a 'chat' topic.
Other characteristics that should lead to a 'Yes' vote are:
Interesting
Relevant
Intelligent
Most of the Featured Topics in there are precisely what they're not supposed to be! -
Actually, come to think of it, it would be pretty tough to find topics in here that satisfy all the critieria!
