Who wears contact lens or specs?

Coz sofa too far away frm the Tv lah.. den u get pple walking across here & there very irritating. I wouldn't try contact lenses...because I can't trust myself to keep them clean. Spectacles make pretty nice accessories too.

specs are fine and dandy.
They're easy for the lazy,
and lighter on the pockets.
As long as your degree isn't high,
your specs won't be heavy.
I also agree that,
contact lenses are convenient,
if you have a high degree,
and want no weights on your nose bridge.
Easier to blare the windows to your soul
and flutter them at passing cuties. -

i wear glasses..
but barely.. i actually got a driving license without my glasses... but i will drive with my glasses on
if i wore contacts, i'll probably go blind.. i'm lazy and i rub my eyes a lot

I don't need glasses. I get a headache when I wear them, even sunglasses. Never figured out why, maybe its the weight on the bridge of nose that triggers it.

Wear glasses/contacts with the wrong prescription can give one a headache....which I why I need to get my eyes tested soon.

anyone tried out those eye exercises that are supposed to reduce the degree of myopia ? ....
in my teens i had about 150* on my left eye and 300 on my right*, so i got into the habit of eating mountains of carrots and "gou chi zhi" .... i kept a carrot in my school bag to chew on ... like bugs bunny ... and did a lot of eye exercises ... those types that strengthens the focusing muscles .... i got into good eye-care habits too .... vision rests ever half an hour or so ... eye-massages ......
now i have 6/6 vision on my left eye and about 150* left on my right ·......
try it out ! ... say good bye to glasses ! .... -

can someone with 700+ degrees(thats the only gauge of eye power i know) wear contact lenses?

Yes, no problem...contact lens available even up to 900 deg, AFAIK. Discover the wonders of contact lenses, although you'll have to get used to them for a few days. Soft lenses are the easiest to adapt to.Originally posted by seow:Sorry for late post but....
