Gasp ! .... Hair Loss !!! .........

Okie .... just came out of the shower .... and frankly ... my hairloss rate is starting to freak me out !!! .....
everytime i shampoo my hair, i can see many strands of hair among the soap spuds on my hands ..... at this rate i'll be seeing my scalp real soon ...
what can i do to stop this ? ... something i can eat, put on my hair, or do ? .... i've tried everything, tonics, cutting down on instant noodles, salt, coffee, tea ......
SOS ! ... anyone got any ideas ? ....

My hubby has this problem...sad to tell you, he say those 'cures' don't work.

He's not bald...just thinning hair.
Some men do look very good with a bald head.
