Oh well, I was browsing at Borders a few weeks ago, came across this quote, and never forgot it.
I thought that it's so true how we always seem to think that it's important that we can live with the person, but we forget that real love doesn't mean just that - it means that you love the person so deeply that you simply cannot envision life without him / her. Your lives become so enmeshed in each other that you can function as an individual, but you cannot imagine life permanently separated.
OK, let's stop here before it triggers a barf-fest!

Hmm... if I have a special guy in my life, it means that I'll end up eating less. Yippeee!!
When I cook a can of Campbell's Chunky Soup, I don't have to eat da whole thing (because I hate to keep leftoever).
I can pour the whole can of heated-up soup in a soup bowl, grab two soup spoons, and share-share!
Can wake up in the middle of the night, both be hungry, and make a quick trip down to the 24-hr convenience store to grab a bite.
Can fight over who gets to read the main paper first!
Etc etc etc...
Little, whimsical things that all add up, just like how little, insignificant tiles combine to form a lovely mosaic. -
