  Does anyone know why this country has so few people (400000+) and yet has the world's highest GDP per capita?

  for one, it's a very small country, and two they have many high tech facilities and do quite a bit of business with other countries and it belongs in the international organization called, gah.. been a while can't remember, it's like Luxsomething, basically luxenburg and a couple other countries put their name together and made an organization, kinda like the European Union, but it's their own little thing.
