If the Thanksgiving editions of magazines are anything to go by, I'm SURE the Americans cook up a huge storm!
BTW, I collect the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Summer editions of American magazines for the articles and the recipes.

Gee, can't imagine when I have to return to school again. Probably have to do so in 2007, cause that's when I plan to go to the Uni to complete my degree in one year.
In the meantime, I shall probably have to start revising my work soon.

At work, there are quite a few colleagues who bun up their hair and clip it with butterfly crystal clips, and I spotted a few who definitely cost more than $10, being used. -

I used to sport short hair and my hair grew so fast that every 2.5 weeks, it'll get out-of-shape and become an unruly mop and I had to go have it lawnmowered at the hairstylist. Back then, I used to go to this frou-frou, pretty 'high-class' kinda hip, yuppie hairstyling chain and had one of their top hair stylists cut my hair. Each cut cost upwards of $80. Expensive, man!
Now, long hair suits me, plus it's much cheaper! And, at work, since we have to wear boring uniforms, I use a whole lotta different scrunchies, hair clips, hair barettes, etc as a form of subtle fashion statement! -
