throw away the "burger"
eat the wrapping...
at least you'll get some fibre out of it
there's something seriously wrong with the simulated food when their "chicken" is 54% fat (most of it trans-fat) and their "fish" is 43% fat... -

My favourite is their Sausage McMuffin with Egg. If I'm feeling indulgent and am selectively forgetful about eating healthily and dieting and what-not, I'll order the Big Breakfast. 
If you're talking about Western Breakfasts, my favourites are still the Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich with Sweet Onion Sauce (on the Parmesan-whatever bun) at Subway's, and the BK King sandwich. -
Oh, MG, I seriously miss Pepperidge Farm's Cinnamon Swirl Bread.
And I have a huge craving for Krispy Kreme doughnuts!
And yes, have a yearning for Popeye's too... but can go to Changi Airport's Terminal 1 for that! Everytime I eat Popeye's, I'm immediately transported to my short but very happy days there. -

p.s. he did not order that stuff because that was a red herring.. no one orders the "healthy stuff" and it was well-known that McCrap put that there in order that they do not get sued for giving people just junk..
