  Anyhooo..... after about 2 lessons i've been able to climb up a 4metre pole.
  I'm not that bruised anymore. Perhaps in another 2 weeks I'll be doing air tricks.

  Not to mention the shoes. Although every week i rock up to my classes looking worse for wear.
  BTW i managed to climb up and down a 4 metre up twice today. Usually once and i'm about to die.
