nevermind ... going home soon ... i'll fix a pot of instant noodles for breakfast before i sleep ...Originally posted by Rhonda:I think and work better when it's quiet too. Hopefully, they won't make the lab their permanent gathering place.
It's no wonder you're still hungry - the food you've consumed are high in sugar content with a high glycaemic index. Foods like that makes you feel hungrier a few hours later, when the sugars get digested, and you're left with the hunger again.
Not only that, they're junk food with absolutely no nutritional value!
Actually, for the entire day, I had junk food myself, so I shouldn't be talking to you about junk food!Originally posted by Fatum:nevermind ... going home soon ... i'll fix a pot of instant noodles for breakfast before i sleep ...
Buh-bye, Fatum!! See ya later!Originally posted by Fatum:Alrighty ... my brain is fried .... gonna pack up and walk home now ...

Must be my instinct that caught u! Heheh...glad you had fun. So which was your fave shopping area or night mkt? The appeal for me would be more the local Thai food than the shopping. Are you already planning your next trip to anywhere else?Originally posted by choco B:Wanda
Hey girl, yeah I'm back . You have good timing, how did you catch me lurking about??
BKK was fun! Spent more than I should have .... ate more than I should have ah but I'll postpone looking at the bank balance till month-end. I think my biggest shopping splurge was silk table runners and shawls hahaha. I'm a shawl freak.
It was hot, but I much prefered the sun to rain
Holidays are great, but the pile-up at work is terrible!! >__<

I had to try & try & try.. till i get the right cup. But luckily their sales assistants r really nice.. (see s'poreans like see GOLD) no pressure hogging the fitting room.
Not cheap meh? where did u go?
well ... i think it's simply because the thais are a very nice people .... unlike some singaporeans .... the service people there treat every the same .... thais or farangs ....Originally posted by Camellias4me:Hmm.. true. their sizes very different.. thai gals r generally smaller. *ahem*

Oh.. the department store i went to was Zen (like sg's metro). Found dat they stock a wide variety of brands. Maybe u can go look see the next time round.Originally posted by choco B:Yar, they're a tight fit. Thus didn't buy alot. Still prefered my usual fit found here... I'm a boring underwear person
I went to the Triumph shop at MBK. I was looking for hikinis, couldn't find one I like. They're cheaper but not big savings (compared to bras) , so I didn't bother
why u never join in the lingerie talk??Originally posted by Wanda:You guys are sensitive.
