hmmmm ...... turtle soup .... long time no drink ...
was a stall at chinatown market hawker centre selling it .... wonder if it's still there .... -
back from "sandblasting" of face and back..
wasn't sandblasting after all.. they applied some kinda gunk on face, cleaned it off, and then used this suction thing and sucked up the loosened dead skin
now my face feels sore

but when i first started out it wasn't that bad ... there are quite a few good dive spots actually .... Raffles lighthouse is okay, sisters island has a wreck there, then there's pulau biola .... sudong got very clear waters ..... and of course there's hantu .....
saw my very first turtle over there 6 years ago ... can never forget that dive man .... pulau hantu had some pretty decent coral growth then ... i remember seeing anemones with attendent clownfishes ......
and if you can deal with strong currents, there's a nice big wreck between sudong and hantu ... -

Didn't step out of the house the entire day! Spent the entire day watching AXN and tidying up a bit at the same time. This is how my leisure would be spent for the next few months. Gotta slowly get ready for the move!

It's no wonder you're still hungry - the food you've consumed are high in sugar content with a high glycaemic index. Foods like that makes you feel hungrier a few hours later, when the sugars get digested, and you're left with the hunger again.
Not only that, they're junk food with absolutely no nutritional value!
