Do you end up feeling hungrier after exercising and therefore end up eating more? Maybe, it's the choice of food and the quantity of food?
I read that if you do cardio exercises, for the first 20-25 mins, we're actually burning up the food that we've eaten and it's only after that that we start to burn the fat. Siiigh... that sounds sooo torturous! Kinda like if you slog it out at the treadmill for half an hour, you're only burning fat for 5 mins nia! -

It depends on what kind of exercise you do mah...in fact, some aerobic exercise like running actually make you feel like eating less afterwards. Whereas swimming will make me very hungry afterwards.

The new roster came out today and even though I had discussed it and put down a new request, they had me assigned on Night Duty that day!!
These days, they really don't have their act together, disregarding our roster requests! Thank goodness I managed to get the roster changed! PHEW! -
