  Does Rooibos really help to detox? I find it quite mild...no detox effect at all? Unless I'm toxic beyond detoxification.

  dunno about detoxing.. but i had those sticky things to stick on the foot which "removes toxins".. used them for 5 days straight on both feet...

  Are there other explanations for those pads to turn black? Maybe there's a layer of apple juice on top to make them turn black after exposure to air? Will they turn black if you stick it to other parts of your body, or stick them to cat paws? Most importantly, do they make you feel better or was it placebo effect? I wonder....
