  Nuthing much, just that two housse have the common exit to the main road, and the gateway happened to be under Mr Oei's ownership.
  
  Mr Oei isnt courteous enough by putting a barrier there, and Ms Wong isnt smart enough to build a gateway to the main road from another side of her house.
