Really need a place to pour out my frustration as I have to deal with a moron on a daily basis. Too bad he is working for our principal company though I'm tryin gto get him fired
Yeah I know this sounds extremely evil of me but I don't need someone messing up my work when I'm trying to fix things and trying to plagarise my suggestions.
Nearly had a fit today reading the email send by the moron. Out of 10 things he is supposed to do, 9 came back wrong and his replies are all based on his assumptions.
BEST PART WAS, he rejected my suggestion the day before yesterday and when I gave him a new suggestion yesterday he said we should do it this way, which is the way I suggested on MONDAY!!!!
6 months into the job and he can't perform and they are still keeping him
I can't believe that I actually had to send him a template on HOW TO WRITE A DAMN LETTER TO A CUSTOMER and he is a GRADUATE as well
And when I talk to him about Brand A he keeps telling me about Brand B. WTF!!!!!
I think at this rate, one month down the road I would have died from severe aggrevation or something.

He is the same level as me. -
Talking with his supervisor might be advisable, especially if the moron's incompetence is keeping you from getting your job done or otherwise causing you distress.
If you do do that, it would help your case to have facts and figures to substantiate your complaint.

If he continues making stupid mistakes, sooner or later, they will show up, so don't bother to help him cover up. Tell your boss how his performance is affecting your dept's performance.
I can't stand stupid ppl who don't/can't learn what they shd already know or who simply lack common sense.
