Just think about it. In a tough economy where many ppl work hard and work late, by the time they get home, they only have 2-3 hours to go to the gym (if still got energy), eat, take a shower, read the papers, or watch a bit of tv, or they would be too tired to do anything physical but sleep, so that they can wake up early the next morning to repeat the work cycle.
Makes sense?
