  I think he is trying his luck to sue santosa. Court is kind enough to let his lawyer to file a case. It is a stupid case it will be thrown out.
  
  So anyone wants to bet if he will get any compensation? Blaming marine life activities on the managements, what lame execuse.
  
  Then next time sue the weather man if lighting strike....

  i oni know a tourist (i think is jipoonese) was hit by a dropping coconut in hawaii and he sue hawaii and he won
  now hawaii coconut trees all no have coconuts one

  There's actually a warning sign there which says there might be stonefishes. I've seen the signboard when I was there not long ago.

  How about tripping on a walkway and then suing the relevant govt body for it?
  
  Or tripping on a step on the bus and suing the bus company?
  
  Or choking on a fishbone and suing the fish head curry vendor?
