How about tripping on a walkway and then suing the relevant govt body for it?
Or tripping on a step on the bus and suing the bus company?
Or choking on a fishbone and suing the fish head curry vendor?
Or worse, like in the US, gorging yourselves silly on McDonald's and then suing McD's for making them obese.

There was even a case whereby a burglar slipped and fell in a house that he broke into. He actually won the case and the house owners had to compensate him for having slippery flooring which caused his fall. Where is the law? -
there is no legislating for stupidity.. even if the judges themselves are stupid..
oh well.. let's see how this "case" goes..
coz heck.. i can't see how Sentosa can be held accountable for indigenous critters

Poor man may not know the implications when he loses the case. His legal fees may come up to about 100k. He may have to sell his home to pay his debts after this....

thousands and thousands of people go there everyday. some were stung but none ended up like him.
remember the case where a student fell during an outward bound adventure. she was paralysed. -
