  Bargains? Hmm.. the National Library Board will be holding its annual booksale during the first or second weekend in January '06, so do look out for it! Books / magazines generally tend to cost $1 & upwards.

  Could someone please announce in here once Borders start giving discounts for their calendars?
  
  I've got a few cat calendars that I'm thinking of getting! I've got my two 365 Cats a Day desktop calendar already but I'm eyeing two more wall calendars. They're so pretty you can actually frame them up and hang them up on the wall.
  
  I also saw a nice Baby Animals and a cute Panda calendar at Kino!

  For the past two years or so, Christian Dior would release really lovely compact make-up that's so pretty it doubles up as something you can hang on your handbag as well!
  
  The makeup comes in a lovely shiny gold container with the intials 'CD' in glittering diamonds! Niiiice!
  
  This year, it's a lip gloss in a gold box with the same diamonds making out the initials. Wondering if it's out in the shops yet?
  
  I won't be getting it though... just being kaypoh!
