Breakfast Choices

My standard pre-commute breakfast usually comprises cereal with milk, tea and a banana.
This is usually augmented with a chocolate malted milkshake a bit later in the morning, after I arrive at the office.

Today's breakfast is Nasi Lemak.... with two Panadol Cold Pills.

Has anyone tried the breakfast sets at Cafe Cartel, or coffee bean (do they have?)? Thot I'll try them if they're good. -
I usually skip breakfast cos always stay up late so no time to eat
usually will just grab a cup of chai latte on my way to class

its always a kopi ( siew dai ) and a Baker Boy Coffee bun!!

3-in-1 kopi / nescafe latte (can)
one bread from 4 leaves/ breadtalk
if too rush in the morning will tahan till lunch... if i ate breakfast i no nid lunch le. dinner den eat -

When I'm on morning shift and HAVE to eat before work, I usually open a pack of Julie's cream crackers, and eat all THREE, mostly dipped in coffee too!

and hey... it's their culture.. it's the leftover yeast extract thingy... from BEER BREWING! -
If I'm not on morning shift, I don't get to eat breakfast at all. Instead, I have brunch, or sometimes, just lunch.
If, for some reason, I do get the opportunity to enjoy breakfast, eg. on Sunday mornings with my parents, I'll get to eat any of the following :
- Pork Porridge (my favourite!!)
- The famous Prata with a Curry Chicken Breast at ... izzit Eunos?
- Lor Mee at Kallang, with real peeled fried fish flesh!
- Burger King's Breakfast King (1/2 for breakfast, 1/2 for lunch ) / Croissan'wich with Ham.
If I'm having breakfast with my colleagues at the hospital canteen after night duty, it's usually :
- Dry Prawn Mee Pok, OR
- Dry Fishball Mee Pok, OR
- Mee Rebus, OR
- Mee Siam.
Sometimes, breakfast is just a packet of Vitasoy soya bean milk or a cuppa Pokka Carrot Fruit Juice which... DARNIT!! I forgot to buy just now when I was at Cold Storage!!! GGGrrrrr!!! 
I was thinking of the Ben & Jerry's Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream soooo much, considering if I should purchase it or not (in the end, I didn't ), that I completely forgot all about it! -

the more you eat it, the more and thicker you need to spread it...
it causes a curious burning sensation in your mouth... that's coz your tongue is being eaten away
(dunno if the last bit is true, the rest is.. but i hate it with a vengence so i'm not going to try it) -

Was trying to recall if it was called Vegemite or Marmite ...I tried it with margarine and toasted bread too and it was still pftt pftttt to me.
Can never acquire a taste for it. -

Mostly I eat bread spread with Skippy peanut butter or Nutella. Sometimes I eat cereals for kids or if I'm so lucky to work morning, I just spread some butter lightly on the bread (only the first and last slice of the bread) and toast it on the griller during work.

Heavenly when spread on toast with honey, too!
(my mum likes vegemite with kaya on toast, believe it or not ) -
I miss beef Bovril actually. And sometimes I have kaya with bread or crackers.
