  as in which department, there is a list for me to state my preferences and they'll try to help put me in those places...

  that is why "totally out of character" for me
  
  but it's not really customer service... it's an "outreach" to the community thing.. educate people about what we do, why we do things.. and also, the various community projects we are involved in, charities and those things
  
  hey.. i may end up liking it..
  
  but chances are, i'll probably end up intimidating people or arguing with members of the public
