I guess it's a polite way of saying that I'm always challenging the system, questioning the old, established ways of doing things, and not afraid to make comments and is quite outspoken.
In other words, a big plain headache for the bosses and those who resent changes!
Thing is, I wish 'no one really notices' but in my current profession, I kinda stick out like a sore thumb no matter where they assign me to!
And also, hard not to notice me cause I'm quite outspoken one.
