Has Decency gone obsolete?

There's a series of photos being circulated right now that's pretty shocking, gross and disgusting.
(But hmm... the chee ko peks might find it alluring, mesmerising and sexy.
)
The photos were apparently taken at Mdm Wong's, and in it, a drunk couple were caught in indecent moments.
The girl was in a black bikini top with a black bandeau skirt so short, it won't take much to see her butt cheeks.
She was lying on top of a guy and her skirt had ridden up so high, her butt was showing and you could see she was wearing a G-string.
And then, as if that wasn't bad enough, one of the photos showed her straddling the guy, who had his left hand over her right boob, which had come out of its top!
They were obviously drunk but this kinda behaviour in a public place is nothing short of disgusting and shocking.
Or, have we become 'numb' to such sights and no longer think it's an issue of decency any longer?
Or, are such acts and behaviour now considered 'kewl'?
The girl's face was not even blacked out in the photos. I wonder... is she proud of how sexy she looks, or is she now feeling ashamed and worrying if her parents / relatives / friends / colleagues / teachers / neighbours, etc etc were to think of her? -
well time hav change... wearing less seems to b the trend now.. i was wondering will we 1 day go back to the caveman's days of not wearing anything?

I have to confess exhibitionists fascinate me.
It's the people that take photographs of exhibitionists that are insidious. It is of course, perfectly alright if they take photos of themselves and exhibit it. -

Erm... Maybe this issue has more to do with drunkenness then public decency ?

Actually, folks who've been drunk before will tell you that it's not as if they're totally unaware of what's happening.
