That describes my boss exactly! He does things to project himself in a certain way like how clever he is, or to boost his ego...but everyone else can see he's a petty, calculative, hao lian guy....and the staff just suck up to him only bec he's the boss.
Well my boss is an ok person. Just that lately he is extremely frustrated due to certain work reasons caused by people who have left the company -
