One bowl of Agedashi Tofu, throw in mashed radish and the special soy sauce that goes with it, throw in tempura prawn and tempura vege, a soft shell crab, and voila!! A meal in itself! -

kops organised a makan session at geylang.. we sat there and ate durians and mangosteens...
actually, i ate about all the mangosteens and no durian coz my throat was messed up then -

crabs are easy to get at if you know the anatomy of a crab...
then with a little bit of practice, you can get at the good meat of the crab (the body) instead of settling with the tough-textured meat of the claws..
you can peel off almost everything and leave just a huge whack of meat.. when Maya visited, honghong asked and i delivered -
