  Lately, all the crab I ate had flesh that stuck to the shell and the flesh was tough and dry.

  I'm already feeling scared thinking of the amount I'd have to lug to the airport and then from the Melbourne airport to my place!

  Have you bought your luggage / handcarry bags, or do you have something good already?
  
  Ship some stuff over if you can... those that you need for the year while you're there, the rest can just stay in storage till you're ready to bring them over.
  
  I'm going to the post office tomorrow AM to post a 10-15kg box to myself!

  My aunt has told me the same thing... she brought loads of stuff over and ended up throwing boxes away cos she discovered that she never really needed them anyway!

  i see mostly girls doing that.. the guys go there with nothing.. and are just as happy..
  
  trust me.. it's not worth taking anything with you... just your passport and a few clothes..
