I wonder though what the darker sides of such prostitution are.
I dont know enough of the Japanese culture to have any absolute views. But as human nature is human nature, i doubt that their is much control even for a man to go into this line of work.
I sometimes get the impression that Japanese culture has a very romantic notion of prostitution. Eg Geisha Girls being portrayed as more than prostitutes.
