Yeah, my boss is a dream! She's really people-oriented and she takes time to listen to us.
She's very approachable and believes in thinking positively about her staff. That's why we all love her!
I guess it's kinda our lot in life that we can never ever strike that lottery where things are 'perfect'... in my previous ward, my colleagues were ok and I had close friends there BUT the sisters were out from the pits of hell! In my new ward, the colleagues are downright bitchy save for a precious few angels, but the big boss of the ward and two other ward sisters are wonderful people!
Ah well, you can't win all of the time! I'm just trying to focus on the good stuff I DO have now.
(Cuz the bad stuff are overwhelming me!!! ) -
