I used to like CNY because of the food and festivities too... but for the past few years, we haven't exactly had that much of food lying about the place. I guess mom's grown 'health conscious'. Argh!Originally posted by choco B:CNY's my favourite.
The food... Ah, the food.
but when u go australia, you'll probaly wana eat chinese food for christmas..Originally posted by Rhonda:Hmm... I'm tempted to say Christmas!
I love the lights, the gifts, the sales, the special bundles and packages you get during this season!
I love the food too but strangely, this year, I haven't eaten a single slice of log cake! Didn't even get to see one that's not kept safely behind a panel of glass!
I didn't get to eat Turkey nor ham this year either. I guess I stuffed myself too much with Asian food during my Christmas Eve buffet dinner to even think about turkey and ham!
Oh noooo... have to wait one whole year before getting the opportunity to eat Turkey and traditional Christmassy stuff!!
