Which is your favourite type of bak kua? :D

I like the Golden Coins bak gua from Bee Chun Heng. But the thing is, I've bought from them from branches that don't have a high turnover rate and the stuff gets stale and becomes hard and very tough.
So, now, I make sure I get mine from either the branch near Centrepoint, or the one located at the Basement of Ngee Ann City. They are fresh, tender and juicy!

A while back when my parents went to Genting, they came back with a different type of bak kua, either chicken or beef, but mixed with some crab meat... very delicious, unlike anything I have tasted.

Chilli-flavoured bak kwa! Haven't had bak kwa for a few yrs now. Dunno where to get the chilli-flavoured ones in Sydney... oh well!
