Have you ever fallen asleep whilst watching movies?

  I'm asking cause this is very common for me and one of my movie buddies complain that I might as well save my money cause I'll end up sleeping sometime during the movie.
  
  I guess the only way to keep me awake is to eat! Whenever we share Nachos with Cheese Dip, I never fall asleep!
  
  Do you experience this problem?

  Oh... even when you're tired, you can stay awake?
  
  I'm bad at stayin awake when I'm not tired... when I'm tired, it's worse!
  
  And, yeah... unhealthy snack but it's always wonderful to share unhealthy snacks with a buddy or two!

  I don't just fall asleep during boring movies!
  
  Even though it may be a movie that I've been dying to watch, I'll still fall asleep somehow, without even knowing that I've fallen asleep until I wake up with a start!
  
  I'm getting better now though... at least, these days, I sleep better and I don't fall asleep at work halfway in the middle of writing my reports!

  So this means you have to be constantly fed throught the movie to ensure that you're awake?
  
  Or some contraption to secure your eyelids open for the duration of the movie?

  crap movies.. yeah..
  
  crap shows like Buboni.. uhh.. Titanic comes to mind..
  
  other shows that made me fall asleep were Willow, Beaches, Pearl Harbour, Labyrinth, Signs, Dances with Wolves, Forrest Gump.. uhh.. among others

  Just go watch at Cineleisure. The sound system is so loud you'll never fall asleep

  when things get boring enough, i can sleep thru anything
  
  i mean, hey... when i was in a uni hostel, i slept through a fire drill... and they had sirens and stuff like that in the hostel

  Your just like my friend. She can sleep through 15 calls and 20+ smses. Sometimes if she's tired enough, she can sleep while standing on the bus

  well, some of the movies may actually make you lapse into a coma which you may never awaken from...
  
  crap shows like Armageddon, Pearl Harbour and Neuroti.. uhh.. Titanic.. will make your brain stop working... then pair it with those mindnumbingly dull movies like Beaches, Willow... you may actually lapse into that aforementioned coma and your brain activity may just drop to zero, rendering you braindead

  I had a secret admirer in secondary school and he wrote me love notes, obtaining my address from the school register. Eventually, he summoned enough courage to reveal himself and asked me for a date.
  
  I went. It was a movie. Guess what? I slept throughout the whole movie. What followed next? He never asked me out again And he went on to become some kind of scholar and now holds a high position in the civil service. My loss or his?

  hey i actually LIKE the labyrinth
  
  I slept... at.... -think- Fantasia at Omnimax theatre. Went after a camp all sunburnt and really dont think that goes well with strong aircon and orchestra music...
  
  But bad movies.. like The Net.. I just walk out. No point wasting my time when I have already wasted my money.

  I've fallen asleep watching Godzilla, Battlefield Earth and Lord of the Rings.
  
  For Lord of the Rings, i watched it twice and both times i fell asleep. But fortunately both were at different times. So i still manage to catch the whole movie.

  hahahaha dont knock it... my 2.5 year old loves that movie... hes watched it like 100 times.
  
  He knows it so well that when i say "now Xander what do you to do"
  he yells back at me "move it" and starts his little dance
