instant noodles.... with minimal seasoning...Originally posted by Rhonda:HAR?!!
Like what Bear said, I think that caramelising the onions in a frying pan first would make it taste even better!
My friend taught me this recipe before... Slice the bak kua into shreds (not too fine!), throw it in the wok and stir-fry with vegetables. Very very delicious!!

Oh! Are you aware that 'liang teh' got many types? Some is for 'cooling' purpose while some instead of 'cooling', it brings or rather force the 'heatiness' out of your body. And maybe this 'heatiness' being force out thru your throat hence your sorethroat cannot recover in time.Originally posted by Rhonda:It's been more than a week liao! I've been drinking liang teh until ... erm... I started purging!
Wah... so complicated! Wanna yan2 jiu1 further also don't know which source to turn to!Originally posted by Manager433:Oh! Are you aware that 'liang teh' got many types? Another way, stop drinking all the liang teh. Eat some amount of water melon daily.
Have lah. They do sell. Try buy at FU-HUA medical Hall. Or any good big medical hall in china town.Originally posted by Rhonda:Wah... so complicated! Wanna yan2 jiu1 further also don't know which source to turn to!
Hmm... reminds me of the si1 gua1 pen1 (watermelon powder) that the Taiwanese swear by for mouth ulcers and other heaty symptoms. Too bad the medical halls here don't sell it.
