As long as we connect intellectually and emotionally, I won't notice a small age difference (by 3 years at most).

For me, age & height difference not so much a problem. It's religion & beliefs that bother me the most - if they r different to mine, then it's definately a no-no!

When two people click well, the age is no issue. But it looks a bit strange, or better to say unusual when a 50 years old woman walks hand in hand with a 20 years old guy.

But seriously, what would you have in common with a teenager? Its not so much the age difference as it is the different stage of life both parties are at. Better if the woman is 30 and the guy is 45.
While we're on this topic, I felt rather disturbed when I was watching the sitcom 8 Simple Rules For Dating My Teenage Daughter, because I was oogling the MOTHER. -
I think girls go through an "experimental stage", a period of time when they wanna flex their err... prowess, and try almost everything. Thus you see teenage girls going out with men very much older. It's a novel experience for them, and the men have nothing to complain about. But these relationships I think rarely last.
