“Fans of Love”, a new way to spread your love to elderly, ill and the less fortunate!
Celebrate this Chinese New Year with lots of fans! Residents from Man Fut Tong Nursing Home (MFTNH), together with the volunteers, staff and the public are on their way to create a brand new Singapore Record of “The Largest Collection of Handmade Paper Fans”. Don’t miss this special event, “Fans of Love”, on Sat 11 Feb – Sun 12 Feb 2006 at Tiong Bahru Plaza, a special charity event aimed at raising awareness for non-profit organisation Man Fut Tong Nursing Home. Besides this, you can also enjoy the Vegetarian Food Festival, exciting cultural performances and special appearances of celebrity Huang Shinan and the God of Fortune on Sun, 12 Feb. Associate Professor Koo Tsai Kee, Senior Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Defence & Ministry of Environment and Water Resources, MP for Tanjong Pagar GRC will grace the event.
