There might be delays in paperwork though, cause I've been informed that the Aussie civil service can be really slow.

Thought it was pretty easy?
Just feed it, play with it, let it sleep, and when it falls sick, let it eat medicine.
oh the 1st batch in sg was in japanese too. took some figuring out but basically u had to like feed it, play w it, n clean its poop... kinda fun to see it grow. i tink its a great tool to see if yr kids can keep a real pet...Originally posted by jetta:We got one for my daughter when we lived in Japan. Eh, pressing a button to clean poop is different from actually cleaning real poop leh!Originally posted by skeujin:oh the 1st batch in sg was in japanese too. took some figuring out but basically u had to like feed it, play w it, n clean its poop... kinda fun to see it grow. i tink its a great tool to see if yr kids can keep a real pet...

Yup! It's really round the corner! Hopefully, I won't be delayed too much cause I'm ready to leave in March. I mean, everything has been planned for that time period.Originally posted by jetta:That's like right around the corner. Are you packed? Got all your stuff together? Exciting!
It was fun in theory. We make the kids do stuff that we don't feel like doing. Like picking up the poop from the front yard.Originally posted by skeujin:oh the 1st batch in sg was in japanese too. took some figuring out but basically u had to like feed it, play w it, n clean its poop... kinda fun to see it grow. i tink its a great tool to see if yr kids can keep a real pet...

That's so nice. Two weeks paid accommodations. We're never that lucky. Max for us is 10 days. If we need more, we'd have to put in paperwork. Damn military *cussing*Originally posted by Rhonda:Yup! I'm still in the midst of sorting out my stuff and packing my stuff. I need to keep my things in personal storage and will be flying there with the barest minimum. Start afresh!
When I find my own apartment to rent, then I'll arrange for my stuff to be shipped over. Right now, I'll be having about two weeks of paid accommodation first.
I get the medium size ones for my doggies. US$8.95 for ten I think? You can also buy singles. They start at 99cents.Originally posted by breytonhartge:IC, how much are they... ? now you've gotten me curious...

Yup. Totally! I bought a bag the other day only because they had a book of coupons in it. There were ten $1 off coupons in there for greenies and other products. Say, speaking of other products, do you find it difficult to administer pills to your dogs? I found this product called a Pill Pocket. You just place the pill inside and give it to your dog. My dog's been sick for 4 months and he got tired of us wrapping his pills in cheese or peanut butter. I was so desperate until I saw and bought Pill Pocket. It's a beef treat, not as fattening as cheese or peanut butter. In fact, I have to leave in a bit to get another bag.Originally posted by breytonhartge:wow... kina ex huh?
