acc to sequence:
1. clear all my study loans and rubbish bills.
2. put aside enuff to pay for further edu for me n nel
3. put aside enuff to pay for tertiary edu for 2 kids (in the form of those insurance for the kids or sth)
4. get a 4 room flat somewhere nice and deco them
5. put aside enuff to give our parents 500 a mth/per for the next 40 years
6. put aside enuff to feed the kids
7. if still have enuff.... put 50% into govt bonds or sth (low low risk type
)
8. if still have enuff, resign from my job and stay at home shake leg and wait for nel to bring the moola home
