Buying a Condo

  Anyone can enlighten me on the process for getting a condo
  
  (in case you are wondering no i am not one of those who won the top prize for toto, just asking for a friend.. hmmm he might have won )
  
  but seriously.. heard that can use CPF for installment payment? wat abt downpayment, loan and interest? dun need any papers or age requirements right?

  Not sure about procedures but an agent could advise your friend easily.
  
  Loans and interest....ask him to do his homework and check out all the banks as it changes all the time.
  
  For downpayment thouhg...I think it's 20%
