about the same price..
found them at the pet shop at clementi.. i think other shops would also have variations of them..
the pine shavings, it's due to the wood oils and dust.. so do read the packaging of the stuff you're buying...

after reading this whole thread. all i know is 2 things: Hamsters are fragile like ****.. and hamsters like to bang.

its true.. i saw a hamster do it at the pet shop.. rubbin his small red thing until something come out.. it's damn sick but he was doing it on the side of the cage tt faces outside of the shop so i saw everything..Originally posted by rainee:

updates on stupid stuff the mother hammie did..
she was jumpin up n down tryin to er... file her teeth..
she's standing just next to 1 of her babies...
from the front it looks as tho she's jumpin on her baby...
from the side, her feet missed the baby each time she land..
unable to tolerate my screaming mother and sisters.... i scooped the baby up usin a spoon.. and left it near the rest....
i tot that's the end.. they continued screaming until around 3am..
everytime i see the mama cleaning up the pups... i'd go AWwwwwwwwwwwwWWWwwwwwwwww

they're really... black n pink..
their parents are greyish -
shredded toilet paper is good enough as long as it's not coloured...

when i reached home... the babies look soooooooooo different!

when we approached teh mother, tryin to tame her, she couldn be bothered with our presence...
the father was a different story.. he bit me..

think one of the babies is startin to feed on solid food...
maybe 3 of them... i saw 1 stuffin food into its mouth.. as for the other 2... what they're doin is... sth similar.. but i can't be sure... -
