Yep the free facial here very shiok! It's an hour long and got shoulder massage, too. I really like EL's Idealist.. it's my fave product! Most of the other products I use r from Lancome.
Yea, agree with u there that the miniature size creams/face wash etc are gd for travels/gym!
The ones I go to is about 90 minutes. I feel so pampered and spoilt. What a nice feeling eh? Yeap, includes shoulder massage too. And have you ever get awaken by your own snort???? Wah, mega pai seh man.

i'm going to look for a Thai Massage place...
the masseuse will probably put me in something resembling a triangle choke or a Scorpion Deathlock
failing that, i've been recommended a nice Balinese or something like that massage place which will fix the shoulder... or at least give it some relief -
