OK, back to the topic : To have or not to have kids? What's your take?
Notice, it's just a sharing of your take. We don't care if you're married or single or childless or a parent or fertile or infertile... everyone should feel free to share their take.
We don't care if you're pro-family or not either, you're still free to share your take. Better still, explain what makes you pro-family, or what makes you not.
Opinions may differ, but that does not mean that you should launch some attack on the different opinions of others, and especially not insult the person's background and personality, etc.
Anymore comments insulting personal integrity and family members directly shall be edited. -

I think you need to look beyond the surface of things to understand the bright side of life. Behind all that bad news you talk about, there are whole lot of happy things which you dont get to see. -
i'd wanna have a kid next time.. but sometimes, hearin stories from mom... of me when i was a lil one.. makes me have 2nd thoughts..
me n nel were very different when we were lil kids... him being a very quiet lil boy, and me being a chatterbox the moment i learnt how to talk..
we were always talkin about how nice it'd be if the kid would be a quiet lil boy.. one who won't give me too much problem (sore throat from shouting too much.. bruises all over cos he ran all over the place and fell all the time)
one night i had a nightmare...
the worse in us combined together to become... our child.
a noisy baby who can't stop screaming...

And I think you also need to stop looking at everyone else's 'fault' except yours. And I say 'fault' because just because it's not according to YOUR preferred idealism, everyone else's thinking is 'deviant' and 'gossip' and a 'fault'.
Wanted to irritate you and keep using that rhetoric "I think you blah blah" line you seem to like to use, but it IS irritating!
And of course, we all learn things from the people we come into contact with. What... you mean you don't? You mean, you're the staid, nose-buried-in-your-textbook sort? You don't have interactive learning? No? How very sad. Things can happen right under your nose and you don't even learn from it! 
You're also selectively critical. You zoom in on the bad stuff, because that's what you want to highlight, and you ignore all else too. Tsk! Tsk! Is that what your critical faculties are for? Just read what you want to read and blank out all else?

anyway i think his mother was exaggeratin when she say the bb was easy to look after.... she said the baby seldom cry...
but i can hear the baby crying non stop...
the youngest of my siblings oso no cry until so cham..
