anyway i think his mother was exaggeratin when she say the bb was easy to look after.... she said the baby seldom cry...

One of my ex-colleagues just gave birth, it was quite funny cause one batch of colleagues went to visit her, came back and said, "Whoa... that baby was crying non-stop! So loud! And we all left shortly after!". 
The next batch of colleagues visited her, and reported, "No leh... baby was very sweet and quiet. Didn't cry at all the whole time we were there!"
shinta, if baby cries, most likely, it wants / needs something. If it's teething, it will scream the house down one cause they're in pain. My mom told me that when I used to scream, she'd offer me a teething ring that she'd left in the freezer to chew on and the cold seemed to help soothe the pain a bit cause I'd stop crying and just chew-chew-drool-drool.
So, when baby cries, find out what baby might be trying to tell you. -

as for nel's niece.. it was obvious sth wasn right when she cried like that... but i wasn out there... i was in the room.. and her ma, and grand ma's outside with her.. so let them solve the thing themself.. -

Usually, they cry for a few things nia... Hungry? Nappy needs changing? Hot? Wants mommy or someone familiar to comfort? Suddenly kia-kia and needs company? Restless / bored and wants to gai-gai, see things? Bored and wants to be entertained? Teething? Wants attention?
Erm... what else, ah?
I guess if you're close to the baby, you might learn to 'interpret' its cries. But poor baby, whatever it wants, it can only cry for! -
Actually, I'm a good babysitter / nanny... but for a few hours nia!
I'm usually the one entertaining the children at our table in D&D's. Somehow, always kena stuck with the children one!
Anyways, I kind took care of my younger cousins when grandma was busy last time. I had to think of how to pacify them, entertain them, sing them to sleep, etc.
So, I think I can look after them ... but for a few hours nia! Bring home, or keep forever, no thank you! Enjoying my singlehood too much now! -

if she's not, den bring her outside to look at the potted plants
or dump her in the sarong thing and shake it until she fall aslp
she's so easy to look after
but then... i never got to look after her after her man yue thing..
it was when she's around 6 mths old.. before my parents brought her home... for us to look after on our own..
she was stayin with a relative.. home on weekends only
she's so adorable..

shinta, I was your exact opposite... as a baby, mom said I was so quiet that even when they brought me home, the neighbours would ask if I was home or not cause I was so quiet.
So, I must go choose a guy who's also quiet as a baby. Then aaaaahhhhh... PEACE!!

we were so alike up til 8 years old... ppl can't differentiate between me n her (based on photo) even herself can't differentiate.. the only reason why me n mama noe who is who... is becos...
