except last night.. where my shoulder and neck was causing too much trouble...

maybe i'll go cycle again tonight... tomorrow the whole section at work is invited to the boss's place after work..

the chinese physician said that it was because the body suddenly has a chance to heal.. sleeping is how the body heals..

also, because suddenly some parts are relaxed and allows the body to relax more too.. so you can sleep well...

The opp wants the Thais to boycott Shin Corp, SIA, UOB, DBS, 7-11, Nestle, Toyota...

Temasek should withdraw, I dun see what's the eventual gain... The reason why Temasek is now performing well these years is because all their ind have matured
