My mum's best dish is steamed fish. She beats many resturants handsdown on that
Ended up that if we eat steamed fish outside, it's very highly that we will complain about the lack of standard

I like it Cantonese style with just the hot oil and soysauce and it must be steamed just right that the fish is not overcooked (which alot of resturants tend to do)
Also the soysauce must be of good quality
