he's making tiramisu now..
cup and half of expresso... quarter cup of kaulau... dip cookie fingers into it
6 egg yolks
add half cup of sugar.. whisk
slow warm water bath.. keep whisking until done (it ribbons)
add a little bit vanilla into it.. done..
mascapone cheese
beat the heck outta it
melt pound of dark chocolate (with the water bath)
fold the cheese into the yolk thing...
put cookie, mixture, cookie, mixture into cups.. place in fridge for a while...
take out and slather the chocolate into the cups..
back into the fridge..
TIRAMISU!
