it was Emergency Preparedness Day at Toa Payoh.. well, since it's EP Day, the Civil Defence fellas must be there
they were from Bishan
they brought their nice fire engine there.. all cleaned up too!
they were giving people joyrides on their Red Rhino
i wanted to go but i had to work and my boss was with me.. so i settled on taking a few pics of them...

lol thats so funny watching mum trying to control a little boy... generally by age 2-3 they have quiet a bit of strength and most mums (ones who cares) think they are hurting their child by lifting them and carrying them as they struggle. Th face down must be an inate ability lol cause they all do it.... the cutest is when they sit down, arms crossed and put their heads down with their backs to you lol instant heart meltdown... -
