Okay, I should run along. Almost 11pm. Got to get enough sleep to look radiant for tomorrow!
Having a home party tomorrow. In fact, going to bed early so to be up early to cook. My menu is seafood green curry, thai mango chicken, veggie sambal with pacific clams and finally fish fillet in garlic/chilli sauce with tons of chopped coriander leaves. Hmm....yummy!!
Hope I succeed in making you drool!

I woke up this morning and it took me two hours to psyche myself to start packing!
'Tis ok... I keep trying to keep my chin up, reminding myself that it's a good thing, this is a painful step but hey, it means I'm one step closer towards flying off!
Worse comes to worse, throw everything in the boxes and stop sorting and all that! I guess I really need help but too bad no help in sight.
Nevermind... somehow, it'll all work out. Worse comes to worse, ask for extension again!

The first few boxes that I've sealed up liao are packed half with cookbooks, half with TY Beanies.
I've got photos of my entire collection taken way back in 2002. That's cuz the collection was so huge, I needed SL to come over and help me with them! Back then, it was already a staggering collection... now, it's worse! BTW, I've stopped collecting seriously liao... just the odd bear or cat nia.
Lemme go see if there's a pic without me inside that I can put up.

OK, don't have a photo of my collection back then without my face!
But here's one of my Beanie Kids!
Can't wait to have my own place next time where I can display my stuff and change the displays seasonally! I used to do that in my ol' apartment in Marsiling, when the furniture provided in the rental apartment was way more decent than those yucky ones here. -

I remember when TY first became available in Singapore in 1999?, I went crazy with them! TY actually reminds me of the US, and a few really sweet American friends actually shipped over my first few beanies, back when we don't even have them in the stores here and most hardly heard of TY.
I have good feelings attached to the beanies. It's all about the sentiments, never about just the item itself! -
