shoes from the cheapo ones like mine S$40, to expensive ones with different changable soles for sliding.. at around $200
metal wrist guards are around S$90 -

slipped disc.. 1st time, was butchered on a surgical table.. 2nd time, was snapped back into place on a chiropractor's table -
