quite a few years back..but yea they did say that some of the positions were akin to worship of other gods..
and like i said..the spirit leaving the body maybe thats what they're against.. -

with that, i'm going to sleep.. in some faiths, going to sleep and dreaming is akin to your spirit leaving the body and wandering around.. that's why they warned that you must never wear makeup to sleep, else your spirit cannot recognise you and you will die...
with that, the church leaders advocate that their flock never ever to sleep again?

Spring Home brand by Tee Yih Jia. Everytime I visit the asian supermarket, they never have any plain ones. Only those with spring onions and they are almost always made in China. About two weeks ago while I was there, I spotted this new product there. When I saw "plain" written on the package, I grabbed it, flipped it over and it said, Made in Singapore. and our only spiritual ties should be with god.
and according to my sis who attended a yoga class once..by mistake cuz they changed it from pilates to yoga..
she said there's a focus on opening and emptying the mind..which leads to opening the 3rd eye or something like that..
and its hatha yoga which is the least spiritual..well i duno.. -
