Ah.......elindra. Maybe can ask you. I marinaded chicken breast. Not the top breast but you know the inside pieces? More tender I think. I marinaded it last night to cook for tonight's dinner. I have ginger pieces in it, sesame seed oil, light soya sauce and michu. I plan to steam it. But steam with what else ah?
Do you have any suggestion as to what else I can do with it? -

I wouldn't steam it with anything else for the full fragrance of the rice wine really
I would add in a bit of those tiny bits of ginseng root

There are plenty of stuff to prepare before departure. Plus, right now, the departure date is still unconfirmed. If things proceed without a hitch (which is highly dubious ), it could be real soon! Otherwise, who knows... hopefully, sometime before the cows come home bah!
