the term "right-sizing" and "down-sizing"
Apparently to the biggest employer in singapore, it's totally different. Who are they trying to kid?? 1% off the workforce across the board (yah..right) untill 2015. Currently there are too many ppl thus they need to trin down the organisation to the "right-size". That's just trying to make it sound better...
So there, the only "iron-rice bowl" career in singapore has just been broken. -
